The side effects werent to bad, headaches and hot flushes for the first few days but nothing to drastic, I did find ovulation itself queit painful so would advise having a hot water bottle and some ibuprofen close to hand and once ov was over with I had no other symptoms for the rest of the cycle, another thing to bear in mind though is that clomid can make your cycles longer, I did not find this out until my 3rd try which led to a lot of testing and disappointment of bfns
