Tourism associations across Canada launched a campaign Tuesday urging the federal government to announce a clear plan for reopening the Canada-U.S. border to non-essential travellers, as the all-important summer season begins and businesses fear losing another chance to get back on their feet.At the online event launching the campaign, Tourism Industry Association of Canada chair Dave McKenna said the
