Halton Region Public Health reported 57 new COVID-19 cases on Monday Sept. 21 compared to Friday.Over the weekend, the health unit confirmed 45 new cases of coronavirus in Oakville 26 males and 19 females , five each in Milton three males and two females and Halton Hills three females and two males , and two in Burlington one male and one female , bringing the total confirmed and probable cases across the region to 1,145, with 996 resolved and 124 remaining active.There are currently 83 active COVID-19 cases in Oakville, 21 in Milton, 11 in Burlington, and nine in Halton Hills.
