SCUGOG 鈥?Scugog bylaw officers have issued warnings to those flouting provincial pandemic regulations, but have yet to fine scofflaws.The township estimates it has received about 40 complaints regarding those not adhering to new rules put in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus and has issued many verbal warnings, said Lori Bowers, a Scugog spokesperson.But, she added, bylaw officers have not had the need to charge yet.
