Privileges for cadets at the Air Force Academy were restored Tuesday after the entire 4,000 member corps were confined to campus during the weekend following a cheating scandal.Twenty-eight freshmen are suspected of cheating on a basic-knowledge test that doesn t count toward their GPA, but is required for first-year cadets.
